研究留学生（大学推薦（一般枠）） Research Students (University Recommendation)
「一般枠」での推薦希望者は、文部科学省大学推薦による国費外国人留学生（研究留学生[一般枠]）への被推薦者（研究生）募集要項に記載の応募者の資格及び条件に該当し、かつ本学研究室を通じて申請する必要があります。（自己推薦だけでは応募できません。）
※申請後、学内選考により、推薦者を決定します。被推薦者なかから文部科学省が採用者を選定します。したがって、本学から推薦されても必ず採用になるとは限りません。

Applicants seeking recommendations under the General Selection must meet the eligibility and conditions outlined in the Application Guidelines for MEXT University-Recommendation Government Scholarship Students (Research Students [General Category]).
In addition, applications must be submitted through a research laboratory at the university.
(Self-recommendation is not accepted.)
※ After application, candidates will be selected through an internal screening process.
From among the recommended candidates, MEXT will make the final selection.
Therefore, being recommended by the university does not guarantee acceptance.

申請方法等の流れ
1.申請資格を確認する
自分の学業成績係数が3.00満点で2.30以上あるか、その他の申請資格を満たしているかを募集要項及び留意事項を見て確認してください。2025年度大学推薦による国費外国人留学生（研究留学生〔一般枠等〕）の募集について：文部科学省
2.指導教員を見つける
申請資格を満たしていることが確認できた場合は、希望する研究科の募集要項や「富山大学研究者プロファイル Pure」から指導を希望する教員を探してください。研究内容等を確認し、研究室にコンタクトを取って下さい。
3.申請書類の準備
教員と相談し受入れの内諾が取れたら、申請書類について提出に向けて準備してください。（文部科学省からの募集要項発出は例年１１月頃です。）
※申請書類を提出しても大学から推薦されるとは限りません。

Please check whether your academic score is 2.30 or higher out of a maximum of 3.00, and whether you meet other eligibility criteria by referring to the application guidelines and Important notes.
2025年度大学推薦による国費外国人留学生（研究留学生〔一般枠等〕）の募集について：文部科学省 - Find a Prospective Academic Advisor
If you meet the eligibility requirements, search for a faculty member you wish to be supervised by using the application guidelines of your desired graduate school and the “University of Toyama Researcher Profile (Pure).” Review their research content and contact the laboratory directly. - Prepare Application Documents
Once you have consulted with the faculty member and received provisional acceptance, begin preparing the application documents for submission. (The application guidelines from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology are usually released around November each year.)
